When will my ticket be replied to?

If a help ticket is going to be replied to, it may take up to three months. This site is run by one or more volunteers whose time is very limited.

Often they are busy working at a job to make money to support the operation of this site. And then there are administrative tasks to keep the site running as well.

Responding to an issue can occupy up to an hour or more of time. This is time that is not readily available. Submitting multiple tickets or updates extends the response time, makes matters worse, and is subject to deletion or ban from the help system and site.

Accordingly, it is normal for there to be delays of up to approximately three months. This is not a paid service and there are no fees or service guarantees.
